Before you begin make sure to :
- Open your Facebook Account on the same browser;
- You have business portfolio (Business Manager) that is active;
- The WhatsApp Number that you want to connect is not connected to another business portfolio.
- Once connected, send “test” if you get “Working” that means everything is well connected.
2. Add Answers
Here is what you should know :
- A response is always triggered by a keyword. when a user sends a text, clicks a button… we are looking the exact text, when the keyword is match entirely, but its possible to mark the keyword as “contains”, which means
- You can setup your chatbot to only answer people from ads or let it answer any new message, even from old contacts.

- The chatbot will stop answering whenever :
- You takeover the conversation.
- The user achieves a Call To Action response (CTA active) for example we asked them to enter their delivery address.
