2. Add Answers

Here is what you should know :

  1. A response is always triggered by a keyword. when a user sends a text, clicks a button… we are looking the exact text, when the keyword is match entirely, but its possible to mark the keyword as “contains”, which means
  2. You can setup your chatbot to only answer people from ads or let it answer any new message, even from old contacts.
  3. You can setup your chatbot to answer every ad differently, which allow you to sell multiple products without having to use multiple WhatsApp numbers.
  4. The chatbot will stop answering whenever :
    1. You takeover the conversation.
    2. The user achieves a Call To Action response (CTA active) for example we asked them to enter their delivery address.
  5. There is 3 ways to make your chatbot start answering :

1. “first” Trigger

The first time a person sends a message (no matter they write). the chatbot will be looking for a response with keyword = first. Same logic with “second” and “third”
